Commitment ensures that you don’t give up if you don’t immediately get the results you are looking for. Commitment is what drives you towards your goals and is based on certainty – and it pushes you through any fears and doubts. When you are committed, you do not wait around for the right circumstances. You take action to create the right circumstances!

Try viewing our goal and outcomes in a positive light, instead of a negative one. For example most people focus on what they don’t want, instead of what they do want – “I don’t want to be overweight”, “I don’t want to fail”. But why waste time and energy focusing on what you don’t want? Viewing your goal in positive terms is a major shift in thinking and the results can be huge – “I want to be fit and healthy”, “I want to succeed”.
