More about your thinking processMore about your thinking process!

We know that our thoughts are part of our reality.

We know that we filter all our information so that we create our reality from what we think, hear, feel, touch, taste, smell and say to ourselves.

I want to ask you two quite complex questions.

Firstly – what are you thinking of ?

Secondly – what are you not thinking of ?

In this week’s prescription for success we consider the answer to these two questions that are equally important. Watch the video and try the task below.

Sometimes the things that we are not thinking of are as important as the things we are thinking of – however they are in our unconscious mind. Potentially they have been deleted or distorted by our unconscious mind because of our memories, experiences, values and beliefs.

Personally , What am I thinking about at the moment?

Well I’m thinking about the New Year, new possibilities, new goals and new people to work with. It will be a total change in how I live and what I do and I’m looking forward to doing some travelling and just generally enjoying every minute of every day.

What am I not thinking about?

I had to go inside myself to think about what I’m not thinking about.  I’m not thinking about those 3 energies –

  1. I’m not thinking about who I need to be in order to achieve what want consciously.
  2. I’m not thinking about what I need to do in order to achieve what I want consciously .
  3. I’m not thinking about what I need to have in order to achieve what I want consciously.

So, have a think  about what you are thinking about. Then have a think about what you are not thinking about that you may need to think about in order to get what you want consciously.

It’s a bit complicated but maybe start with these three

  1. Who do I need to be?
  2. What do I need to do?
  3. What do I need to have?

If your thinking process has gone a bit our of kilter then get in touch with me here I do a free 30 minute call where we can discuss what you need to think about and what you are not thinking about.

Until next week
