What are you missing in your box?

Today I’m continuing with the theme of the box.

In my last post we considered how you label yourself and almost put yourself inside a box.  The results that you get in life come from the stuff that’s inside the box like memories, beliefs, values, the language you use, and the reality that you have therefore created inside the box from the negative and positive chatter.

What I want to ask you is – do you think you might have missed everything else that’s outside the box?  Watch the video and let me know if you’ve missed anything

We process all the millions of bits of information per second that we have coming into our heads from outside world.  We can liken this to what is outside the box – the outside world, and what is inside the box can be likened to the reality which we create.  However, what you’ve done is generalized, deleted, and distorted all of this information that’s outside there, but it’s still there, and all you’re doing is sitting inside your box or doing whatever it is your doing inside your box with that reality.

The bits that you are missing are everything that’s outside the box,  these could be:

  • Beliefs –  maybe empowering beliefs,
  • Values – that would be more useful for you
  • Positive memories that you’ve forgotten
  • The language that you can use so your “cans” your “wills” – the positivity that you can use

All this is outside as raw information. In simplistic terms, all you need to do is to open the lid and just have a look around and see what you can see, hear, and feel and then maybe take what you want from outside the box in order to become a different person with no limitations with positive beliefs, with positive values all of it aligned to actually what you want for your results.
